Explore Guilloud Frederic French Bakery

Introducing Guilloud Frederic French Bakery, a charming, quietly tucked-away spot at 229 Sunrise Ave in Palm Beach that feels like a small discovery you’re glad you made. As someone who loves sharing places with genuine character, this bakery stands out for its warm, unpretentious atmosphere and the unmistakable touch of its French owners, who bring both authenticity and friendliness to the experience. The space is intimate, with a simple indoor counter for seating and a cozy outdoor area that’s perfect for enjoying the Florida weather while savoring something freshly prepared. The menu goes beyond classic pastries, offering a thoughtful selection of salads and sandwiches alongside traditional French bakery items, making it easy to stop by for breakfast or a light lunch. Dishes like quiche are prepared with care and depth of flavor, while sandwiches-especially the salmon option-are memorable for their balance, freshness, and satisfying richness. Croissants filled with egg and cheese are flaky and comforting, pairing beautifully with a strong cup of Mighty Leaf tea or a well-made latte that coffee lovers will appreciate for its boldness. There’s also consideration for different dietary needs, with gluten-free options available without compromising quality. Service here is notably pleasant and efficient, adding to the relaxed, welcoming feel, and orders arrive quickly without ever feeling rushed. Prices remain reasonable for the level of craftsmanship and ingredients, which makes returning an easy choice whether you’re visiting Palm Beach or live nearby. Guilloud Frederic French Bakery feels less like a commercial stop and more like a neighborhood favorite you’re happy to introduce to others, a place where simple meals are elevated by skill, care, and a genuine love for good food.

Gluten free options, good strong Mighty Leaf tea, and pleasant service by these French owners. This bakery also offer salads and sandwiches, all at reasonable prices. Yum!

A small French bakery hidden away off the beaten track in Palm Beach. If it wasn’t for me looking up, quiche would’ve never found it. It was very good. We had quiche and a Greek out which we totally enjoyed their small area to sit outside. There is a small area inside to sit at a counter

This place was next to where we were staying for vacation so we decided to come for breakfast, and it was the best decision we made in West Palm Beach. We ordered the salmon sandwich, and egg and cheese croissant with tea and a latte. Everything was AMAZING, but the salmon sandwich and coffee are NEXT LEVEL! Scilian our server/was so nice and the food came out quick. We definitely will be returning before we leave.

Hands down some of the best croissants and pastries items I have had! Between the customer service, the quality in the food, and the atmosphere, I would highly recommend. The breakfast sandwiches were spot on. Make it a must to stop in, you won’t be disappointed.
